Are your pet sitters and trainers certified?
Yes, our team consists of experienced professionals, many of whom are working toward or have obtained certifications such as CPDT-KA, ensuring the highest standard of care for your pets.
Do you charge extra for administering medications?
No, we do not charge extra for administering medications during our pet sitting visits. Our goal is to provide comprehensive care without hidden fees.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover the reserved time.
How does the treat cam service work?
Our treat cam service is an add-on to our pet sitting service that allows you to check in on your pet and toss them treats remotely. You’ll need WiFi access at home for this feature, and our sitters will regularly refill the treat cam during their visits.
How do you ensure the safety and security of my home and pets?
Our sitters and trainers undergo thorough background checks and training. We also have a secure key handling system and prioritize clear communication to ensure the safety and well-being of your pets and home.
